About Me

Hey there, I'm Walt - a 41 year old father of three girls. As a former Yo-Yo Dieter, I know the struggles of trying to lose weight. That is why I decided to start this blog - to create a layer of accountability while also giving me a place to reflect on my progress when times get tough.

My ultimate goal is rather simple - I want to be able to run, play, and keep up with my kids!

I'm no expert but I hope that this blog helps inspire other fathers to make a positive change in their lives.
